Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully re-wrap the rug in its original protective packaging or heavy-duty plastic to ensure it remains clean and undamaged during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of the package, ensuring all previous labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
